Change of Mind
A change of mind refund is not acceptable for any furniture or mattress item(s).
At any time, UltraFlexMattress.ca reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of an item.
We will also ask for picture identification to help resolve the issue as seamlessly as possible. You can send us a picture of the damages/defect to email@example.com
Please reach out to our Customer Service team within 24-48 hours so we can put a claim through for any defects or damages.
Because we stand behind our products, we want our customers to enjoy their products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
UltraFlexMattress.ca will not provide a return, refund or exchange of any item once delivered, regardless of whether they are in the original packaging. Exceptions are made if there damages at the time of arrival, the item has any manufacturing defects (based on the eligibility conditions given above) or discrepancy issues (ie if an incorrect item is delivered).
Damage and Defects:
UltraFlexMattress.ca offers a warranty package called Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan. You can purchase this warranty before checking out. This warranty is good for 5 years.
What are Furniture Protection Plans?
A Guardsman Furniture Protection Plan helps protect your new furniture from accidental stains and damage caused by you or someone in your home. A Plan provides service for stain removal, repair, and even replacement of irreparable damaged items, depending on the type of plan you purchase, so you can keep your furniture in good condition for years of enjoyment.
How to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order anytime before the product leaves our warehouse for a full refund (this is likely to be within 24 hours of you placing the order). If you cancel your order after the product has left our warehouse, we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges.
Custom orders and additional services
Please note that custom orders and additional service fees paid are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for in-room delivery, for assembly service, and for delivery beyond our standard shipping method.
Final sale items
Any item marked as "Final Sale" at the time of the transaction is not covered by our exchange policy. All sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges.
